What to Expect for your Initial Visit
You can expect the initial visit to be between 1.5 to 2 hours long. The session includes a detailed assessment of your health concerns, a brief physical exam, a Chinese Medicine assessment, and a preliminary treatment plan. Recommendations may include lab testing, dietary and lifestyle suggestions, Chinese Acupuncture, Homeopathic Medicine, Nutritional and/or Herbal supplements, Holistic Counseling, and/or Intravenous Therapy.y
You may choose to have either a Naturopathic Initial Visit or an Acupuncture Initial Visit. Appointments can now be booked with our online scheduler.
What to Bring
We recommend all new patients to bring a copy of their most recent medical test results including blood and urine test reports such as MRI, ultrasound or other records. Intake forms also need to be completed prior online to the initial visit. Patients can also download and print out the forms below.
You will be emailed intake forms once you schedule a new appointment and they are fillable online. If you have any medical reports you’d like us to review, please upload these onto your patient account or email them to [email protected]
Payments can be made in the forms of Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or E-transfer to [email protected]. All payments are rendered at the time of service. Naturopathic and Acupuncture Services are often covered by extended health care insurances but we do not offer direct billing through third party insurance companies. We will provide official receipts for insurance claim submissions to all patients.
We ask all patients to kindly provide at least 48-72 hours advance notice for appointment changes and cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48-72 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
