What to Expect for your Initial Visit
The initial visit is usually 1.5 to 2 hours long and this session includes a detailed assessment of your health concerns, a brief physical exam, a Chinese Medicine assessment, and a preliminary treatment plan. This may include recommendations for lab testing, dietary and lifestyle suggestions, Chinese Acupuncture, Homeopathic Medicine, Nutritional and/or Herbal supplements, Holistic Counseling, and/or Intravenous Therapy.
Patients may choose whether to have a Naturopathic Initial Visit or an Acupuncture Initial Visit. We also offer a 2 hour initial visit for patients who are booking in for a Neurobehavioural Assessment (for patients with Autism, ADD/ADHD or other Neurobehavioural disorders).
What to Bring
- A copy of your most recent medical test results including blood and urine test reports, MRI , Ultrasound and other specialist reports
- A completed intake form (may download forms below)
We accept the payment in the forms of Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash. Please note that Naturopathic and Acupuncture Services are covered under most extended health care insurances. We do not offer direct billing through third party insurance companies but we always provide official receipts for insurance claim submissions.
We do kindly ask patients to provide at least 24-48 hours advance notice for appointment changes and cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24-48 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the fee for the service scheduled.
